SHIPPING
PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices are net prices in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT and, where applicable, advance recycling costs and copyright. We reserve the right to modify the prices, conditions and vintages indicated on our website, the reference day being the day of the order.
No claim for a subsequent price or credit note adjustment can be taken into consideration. There are also local, regional and national promotions, discounts and reductions on items and services in the stationary trade that cannot be offered identically online.
Delivery costs are charged as follows:
a) CHF 20.- for any order equal to or less than CHF 500.- including tax
b) CHF 0.- for all orders over CHF 500.- including VAT
DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK
The seller limits deliveries to the territory of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The delivery takes place directly to the delivery address and to the contact person provided by the buyer.
Delivery takes place on condition that we ourselves have been supplied in good time and in due form by our suppliers. In the event of force majeure such as strikes and other social movements, riots, war, natural disasters as well as in the event of a stoppage of deliveries by the manufacturer or an upstream supplier, there is no delay in delivery. The seller assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery attributable to manufacturers or third parties.
If the goods ordered are not all in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries. If it turns out, after conclusion of the contract, that the goods cannot be delivered, either partially or completely, for reasons not attributable to the seller, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Our service consists of an obligation to deliver to our end customer
The delivery times mentioned in our online shop and in our confirmation of order acceptance in accordance with paragraph 2.3 are calculated from the date of our confirmation of receipt of payment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We will send you the items in packaging adapted to their fragility and their thermal needs, it is important that you personally receive the package. Otherwise, we advise you to indicate another delivery address (eg your business address).
Our deliveries will be carried out by the VINOLOG service of the Swiss Post, your order will be delivered to you within a period not exceeding 7 working days.
NON-COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
You are required, as soon as the normal course of business allows it, to check the products delivered and to immediately report any defects found to our customer service at [email protected] (For example by sending us photos if your products arrive damaged). If you fail to do so, the products are deemed accepted. Acceptance is in any case deemed to have occurred insofar as the customer has not communicated a complaint by email to customer service within 8 days of delivery.
Defects that cannot be identified despite due verification in accordance with the previous paragraph must be communicated by e-mail to [email protected] immediately after they have been discovered, failing which the products ordered will also be deemed accepted with regard to these defects. .
The defective product will be returned together with a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect(s). The return address will be communicated to the buyer by email after receipt of his written complaint. The transport costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
We provide a warranty service by eliminating the defects, which occurs, at our option, either by the performance of a secondary service, namely the elimination of a defect (retouching), or by the delivery of a defect-free goods (replacement supply). The replaced products become the property of the seller.
If the secondary service is not successful, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. These provisions do not apply in the event of minor defects. Any right of the customer to a price reduction is excluded. This exclusion of liability also extends to all claims in competition with warranty rights, whether claims arising from the contract (Article 97 sqq. CO), an unlawful act (Article 41 sqq. CO), contestation of the contract for error (article 23 sqq. CO), etc.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and the consequences of improper handling or deterioration by the buyer or third parties, as well as defects attributable to external circumstances.
